Locum Commercial Property Lawyer - £35 - £40 per hour - West Midlands - Remote Working Venn Group's specialist legal team are delighted to be recruiting for a Locum Commercial Property Lawyer to join a Local Authority in the West Midlands. This role will run for an initial 3 months with the possibility of extension thereafter, and will pay £35 - £40 per hour dependent upon experience. This assignment will operate on a remote-working basis for the foreseeable future, but there may be an expectation for office working at some point in the future if guidance should change. The ideal candidate will have prior experience performing due diligence on acquisitions and specific experience in property development. Duties may include:
