JOB TITLE: Planning Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 3+ Years PQE

THE ROLE:
The Planning team of this Top 100 law firm has an outstanding reputation for its technical and commercial expertise. They provide advice on planning, highways, compulsory purchase and compensation, local government law and environmental matters to clients in the development, residential, commercial and retail sectors. A growth area for the firm, the newly appointed Planning Solicitor will be taking the lead on major planning law cases and work with partners developing new business leads and clients.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Planning Solicitor will have a minimum of 3 years’ PQE in planning law and applications will be considered from Planning Solicitors based in private practice or the public sector. You will be an expert planning lawyer with excellent commercial acumen and good communication skills, including drafting ability. Suitable Planning Solicitors will relish the opportunity to further develop their career within this area of law, working on behalf an impressive client list and handling high quality work.
