Residential Conveyancer - Hampshire - £33,000 - £40,000K

A local North Hampshire firm with a strong focus on community, great service and effective legal solutions. The practice provides effective and straight forward advice on legal issues facing modern families and private individuals in today's society as well issues key to the ongoing success and growth of regional businesses. With a team of specialist solicitors they have built a great reputation with a list of accreditation's and memberships to relevant industry legal associations and bodies underlining their professionalism and integrity.

The firm are keen strengthen their established Property Team and are now looking to appoint and experienced Conveyancer (Solicitor / Legal Exec / CLC). You should be fully conversant from start to finish with a broad range residential matters including sales and purchase, leasehold and freehold properties and be competent with case management systems.  Naturally you will be an organised individual, able to prioritise work effectively and manage your own caseload confidently. A desire to be part of the team and contribute to its ongoing development and success is key and a willingness to be involved with marketing and business development would be viewed as highly advantageous. The firm provide a warm and friendly supportive working environment and a great deal of autonomy in your own role in an easy to access town centre location.
