JOB TITLE:                   Civil Litigation Lawyer
PQE REQUIRED:         3+
LOCATION:                  East Yorkshire
SALARY:                      Dependant on Experience

THE ROLE:
The successful Civil Litigation Lawyer will be responsible for their own busy caseload of Civil Litigation matters to include, but not limited to, civil liberties/human rights, Court of Protection disputes, neighbour disputes/harassment injunctions, landlord and tenant claims, negligence, nuisance, trespass and disputes concerning adult social care, residence, contact and medical treatment. You will work closely with the other members of this busy team and with the Partner who is an expert in this field.

THE CANDIDATE:
The appointed Civil Litigation Lawyer will either be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in this field. It is essential that applicants wishing to become the Civil Litigation Lawyer have experience in the areas listed above. It is imperative that you have excellent client care skills and prior experience of carrying out client facing work.
