OVERVIEW:
The firm offer genuine opportunities for career development and are open to considering applications from candidates who have upwards of 5 years' qualified experience. The Commercial Litigation and Arbitration team provides commercial advice to clients who need to resolve a wide variety of disputes with an emphasis on companies and company law, either through litigation, arbitration or alternative dispute resolution. The cases span a wide ranging spectrum of general commercial and corporate disputes and sector specific work including international and cross-border litigation and arbitration, shareholder disputes, data, information and confidentiality, professional negligence claims, commercial fraud and injunctions. On offer is access to high-quality work from clients operating across a variety of sectors including telecoms, technology, energy, transport, banking and finance, food, retail and hospitality. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of company issues, corporate law, litigation processes, arbitration and ADR. They will have experience of resolving disputes for large local and large national companies and will be able to demonstrate technical and commercial expertise and application and the ability to deliver excellent results and client service for clients within required time frames.
