Litigation Solicitor - (NQ-3PQE) -
An outstanding Litigation / Dispute Resolution opportunity for an ambitious candidate seeking a new challenge in the South West.
You will need to have a solid grounding in a good range of Dispute Resolution gained at a respected firm and be keen to further strengthen the firm's strong reputation in the region and nationally.
Typical matters will include: contract disputes, corporate disputes, insolvency, debt recovery, shareholder disputes, professional negligence, a wide range of social care disputes and much more.
