Job Details
Leading Top 50 National Law Firm is seeking to expand their Construction Team in Birmingham.
The firm act within the private and public sector on high value projects nationally and internationally for developers, occupiers, funders, construction professionals and contractors which will include infrastructure projects, commercial/residential schemes, town centre redevelopments and urban regeneration schemes.
The role will involve working within a high profile, multi-site team. It is predominantly contentious work and will therefore involve adjudication, mediation, litigation and risk management. However, there may also be an opportunity for some non-contentious drafting work.
Ideally, you will be a solicitor that has amassed over 2 years PQE within a contentious construction team and now seeking a role allowing you to be a part of a supportive team and with the ability to work on an enviable portfolio of clients.
