Residential Property Lawyer
TSR Legal are currently partnering with one of Wiltshire's leading law firms. Our client is currently looking to recruit a Solicitor/Conveyancer or Legal Executive to join a busy and expanding property team where you will be expected to handle a mixed residential property caseload.
This is an ideal opportunity for a qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years post qualification experience who has experience of running their own varied caseload. You will have the ability to handle a variety of technical transactions including leasehold, freehold, new build, shared ownership, re-mortgage and equity release. Knowledge of help to buy, buy to let, right to buy and houses in multiple occupation will be advantageous.
