A contentious probate solicitor is required to join a team to specialise in contentious probate based in a regional firm in their Salisbury, Wiltshire office.

The Role
The successful contentious probate solicitor will have excellent litigation skills and contentious probate and trusts experience. The contentious probate solicitor will be responsible for their own case load of files involving high value disputed trusts, validating wills and inheritance act claims. This role offers fantastic prospects and will suit a strong litigator looking to specialise and further advance their career.
Salary dependent upon experience.
 
The Candidate
A qualified solicitor with at least 3 years PQE with a strong litigation background, working towards or willingness to obtain ACTAPS, commercial awareness and a strong communicator.
