The conveyancing team is very experienced and the full remit of files are covered here including traditional sales and purchase matters, re-mortgaging, equity release mortgages, shared ownership schemes and much more.

This is a stand alone role so ideally you will be a qualified solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer who can progress files from start through to post completion and maintain excellent relationships with local estate agents and referrers.

Applications from experienced paralegals will be also considered provided they have the ability to manage their own caseload. Support can be drafted in for someone during the initial period of employment.

This is a family friendly firm who have modernised extensively in recent years. The firm use a mixture of paper and case management systems.

The preference is for someone to work on a full time basis however applications from experienced conveyancers wishing to work on a part time basis will also be considered.
