The Role
The Residential Conveyancing Solicitor role will require handling a busy case load in a small team involving leasehold sales and purchases, knowledge and experience of shared ownership and staircasing would be highly beneficial but not essential, involving London based properties. Salary dependent upon experience.
 
The Candidate
The successful Residential Conveyancing Solicitor will be a qualified Residential Property Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE with a history of working on residential sales an purchases. The Residential conveyancing Solicitor will have excellent academics and have the ability to work well in a fast paced environment.
