Are you confident and enthusiastic Commercial Property Paralegal who is looking for a new role in Manchester and the chance to make the move in house? If so, then this is the role for you! This is a really rare opportunity for a Commercial Property Paralegal to join an in house organisation who are based in Manchester and offering the flexibility of remote working. This role is an initial 12 month fixed term contract that could offer the scope for a longer term role thereafter. As a Commercial Property Paralegal looking for a new role in Manchester where you can work remotely, you will;
- Have around 2 years experience as a Commercial Property Paralegal
- Have experience in managing your own caseload of matters to include acquisitions and disposals, Landlord and Tenant matters and lease work
- Be confident in working remotely with the support of the wider team and gain excellent training
- Get to benefit from a fantastic annual leave allowance and pension benefit
