Are you an experienced Corporate Solicitor looking for a new challenge? If so, we have an exciting new opportunity to join a highly regarded and growing corporate team in Leeds. This is a full time role, however part time would be considered.
Our client is a highly renowned law firm with an excellent reputation for the service it provides to local, national and international clients from a variety of industries.
The Corporate team is made up of experienced lawyers in this field and as a result handles a variety of high-value, complex work. As part of this team you will be handling matters from all areas of business law including share and business acquisitions and disposals, complex group re-organisations, shareholder agreements, distribution agreements, supply agreement and general corporate and commercial advisory.

The firm will support you to grow and develop and offer a clear path for career progression. The role is primarily based in the Leeds office, however, there may be a requirement to work in other offices in the region from time to time.
The ideal candidate should have around 4+ years' PQE with a good understanding of the law relating to corporate law and strong experience of managing a caseload, however, this has been given as an approximate guideline and the firm is willing to consider candidates who fall closely outside this yet can demonstrate the relevant skills and enthusiasm for the role.
