Solicitor - Residential Conveyancing

The Role

You will join a friendly, supportive and progressive team as a Residential Property Solicitor. This will be a hands-on role with a caseload to include; Sales & Purchases of both Freehold and Leasehold, Transfers of Equity, Re-mortgages, Shared Ownership & New Build matters.

You will work with many high-end estate agents and HNW individuals, giving you a real variety to the work making for an interesting role.

Requirements:

• You will be a Solicitor NQ-2 years' experience of dealing with Residential Property.
• You will be an ambitious candidate wanting to progress

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary up to £25,000 - £35,000, plus an excellent benefits package
