Job Details
We have a new position that has arisen for a Senior Planning Lawyer
Rate: £30 - £40 p/h
Duration: 3 months, possible extension
Description:
- You will be positive with excellent organisational and time management skills who can pick up an existing case load and take over conduct of “live” matters
- A commitment to high standards of client care is a must
- You will be one of a team of lawyers dealing with a challenging and varied Planning and Regeneration caseload that includes planning enforcement and judicial reviews
- In addition to the above areas, you will be able to demonstrate experience of dealing with planning enquiries, providing advice at planning committees and negotiation/completion of S.106 and highways agreements
- You will have excellent drafting skills and the ability to provide legal advice to a variety of audiences
