Legal Recruitment Consultant - London Market

QED Legal is looking for a legal recruitment consultant to look after the London market. You will need to have a solid track record in this market, which will include everything north of the river up to the Northern Circular - so West End, City, US firms and beyond.

There will be the opportunity to grow and manage a team over time which will enhance your earning potential further.

The role can be based remotely and involve flexible office working anywhere in the UK for the right candidate.

You will need to have a solid and demonstrable track record in recruiting into the London market and have connections and market knowledge to leverage placements and contacts. 

The database is built already and we have been active in this market for the last 6 years, so there is a solid database of candidates as well - we need someone with the energy and dynamic to lead and build a team as we emerge from the pandemic.

QED Legal opened in 2012 and has grown into a main national player in the legal recruitment marketplace. We do not have KPI's or micro-managed environments and look for mature, professional consultants who are self-motivated. In addition to a generous basic salary we offer an unrivalled commission scheme with no carry-forwards or thresholds, that ratchets up to 60% each quarter.
