This is a superb opportunity for an experienced child panel solicitor to join a well known practice who specialise in Family Law and take a lot of publicly funded care work through Legal Aid. The firm are small and friendly and you will be a valued individual joining them.

Joining highly experienced qualified solicitors who can help you. From civil partnership disputes to divorce law proceedings, our lawyers will be on hand to make this process as easy as possible for you.

You will be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with child panel status or perhaps you will be in touching distance of panel qualification.

You will be an advocate and be able to drive between the firms' offices.

You will need to work under minimal supervision and have confidence in your own ability to deal with the sensitivity of the cases.

In return you can expect a rewarding role at a time when the firm are looking to offer clear carer paths for progression.

Application are invited from childcare solicitors with upwards of 3 years PQE.





The post will involve predominantly legally aided work, in Care Proceedings.
