The Role
The Private Client Solicitor role is an opportunity for a qualified experienced Solicitor in the Private Client department in our Camborne office. The successful candidate will play an active role in building and maintaining client relationships and promoting the department's services to generate new business across the firm.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Advising clients on all aspects of Private Client matters including, but not limited to Wills, Administering estates, Powers of Attorney, Deputyships, the Court of Protection, Lifetime trusts
- Managing a designated portfolio of clients and matters to achieve targeted fees
- Providing a fully comprehensive client service in a cost-effective and efficient manner
- Delivering exceptional quality of service to clients
Skills/Competencies
- Extensive tax and trusts knowledge and expertise
- Extensive non-contentious Private Client knowledge
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to establish and maintain good client relationships
- A proactive approach to your work and a willingness and ability to use your own initiative
- Calm and confident manner to handle potentially challenging matters
- The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
