West Yorkshire

A prominent West Yorkshire personal injury practice are looking for a claimant personal injury fee earner with experience in litigated LVI claims to join their busy team.

The firm are known both regionally and nationally for the strength of their personal injury teams and despite the current climate they continue to go from strength to strength.

The role is to work within the LVI team dealing with a volume caseload of mainly litigated low velocity impact cases.

The ideal candidate for the role should have at least 12 months experience of LVI and experience of handling fast-track litigated matters that have also involved allegations of fraud/dishonesty.  This is a fast paced and challenging area so the right candidate will need to be comfortable in providing sometimes frank and robust advice to clients.

There is a competitive salary on offer for the right candidate between £24k-£33k based on experience + great benefits too.
