Job Details

A legal 500 listed law firm with offices based across Greater Manchester & Lancashire are seeking an existing Partner or Senior Associate to join their highly regarded Legal 500 listed department.

There is an excellent and broad range of quality corporate work across a wide range of sectors to include corporate transactions, commercial contracts, management buy ins/outs, joint venture agreements, restructuring and partnerships. Clients vary from local SME's through to £multi-million blue chip international clients with an international reach.

Working alongside an existing team split over 2 offices, you will become an integral part of the firm right away and will enjoy a lot of direct client contact with key clients of the firm as well as contribute to building the department further by getting actively involved in the business development activities of the firm and the department.

Whilst work is of a high quality, there is still a traditional feel to this practice and you will have the luxury of your own office, secretarial support, a hands on Partner that will guide you whenever necessary and fantastic work/life balance. A following is not essential as you will be taking over from an incumbent Partner who is looking to take a step back in the coming months, so a strong client base is already in place however any work that you can bring will always be welcomed.

Attractive benefits package will be offered including a pension, bonus scheme and healthcare, plus the chance to oversee an established team within a well known and respected firm. Salary will be based on experience level but will likely be in the realms of £80,000 - £120,000.

This is a great opportunity for a corporate lawyer in Greater Manchester & Lancashire to develop their career further within one of the leading teams in the corporate area. Please contact Nick Skelly at QED Legal for further details and apply ASAP to be considered for this opportunity.

In recent times it has also been translated as "Quite Easily Done".
