Private Client Solicitor

A national Legal 500 commercial firm in the heart of Liverpool city centre, who have a fantastic reputation in the market for their Private Client and Court of Protection offering, are looking to expand their already successful team with an additional experienced Private Client Solicitor.
 
Your new role will see you working as part of a truly specialist unit dealing with predominantly Court of Protection matters including Deputyships, applications for lifetime gifting/IHT planning, applications for statutory wills etc. You will work as part of the wider Private Client team and boast a wealth of experience handling a variety of Private Client matters.
 
You will be a qualified Solicitor (4 years PQE+) who has dealt with Court of Protection work previously. You'll be actively involved in the future development of the Private Client department and supervise junior members of the team where necessary. Business development skills would be an advantage to be truly involved in driving the department forward.
 
You'll be joining one of the regions leading Private Client departments who are renowned for their work and client care.
