Litigation Lawyer A litigation lawyer is required by a litigation department of a law firm in the Bournemouth and Poole area. The Firm An established private practice with over 25 employees offering a comprehensive legal service to business and individuals across Dorset and Hampshire. The firm are recognised by legal commentators and hold many accreditations whilst adopting a flexible working approach. The Role The litigation lawyer will be required to manage a case load of litigation files involving a range of disputes such as commercial, contract, property, negligence and employment. The Candidate The litigation lawyer may be qualified as a solicitor, legal executive or experienced fee earner. The successful litigation lawyer will be expected to work with minimal supervision, participate in business development and achieve financial targets. Salary dependent upon experience. Salary £40,000 to £50,000
