JOB TITLE: Court Of Protection Solicitor

PQE: 4+ years

THE ROLE:
This is an exceptional opportunity for a Court Of Protection Solicitor to join an expanding team to manage a varied, complex and challenging caseload comprising Deputyships, IHT planning and lifetime gifting. You will work closely with the team to continue to build and expand the team through new instructions and client contacts, as well as supporting the partners in the supervision of junior staff.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from Solicitors with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE in Court Of Protection work and a proven track record advising individuals and local authorities on the full range of Court of Protection matters. Additionally, membership of STEP and/or SFE would be a distinct advantage, as would a strong network of contacts in the sector.
