Job Details
Taking ownership of all post exchange duties regarding Plot and New Build matters, the successful applicant will manage an expanding team of 4 colleagues in order to ensure the team runs well whilst also giving legal expertise to the team and liaising internally with the Homebuilding department.
The role would suit a conveyancer that is keen to progress into a managerial role as part of their career pathway, or those that have worked in a similar capacity prior in managing high-performing teams.
Working in Guildford within a modern setting, in a very much culture focused firm that wins awards nationally.
Salary is fully negotiable depending on experience.
