Civil Litigation Solicitor

My client is a high street firm in Plymouth who are renowned across the South West. They are currently seeking a Civil Litigation Solicitor to join their expanding Civil Litigation team out of their Plymouth office.

The successful candidate will be dealing with a variety of Civil Litigation matters i.e. Contracts, Landlord and Tenant, Debt Collection and Probate etc. Therefore a good knowledge base of General Litigation is a must, as is previous experience working within a similar type role.

Required Skills & Experience/ Responsibilities:
• 3+ years’ post qualification experience is preferable
• Must possess excellent levels of client contact and responsibility
• Have the ability to run a case load of matters concerning General Litigation
• Have previous experience working within Civil Litigation, Contracts, Landlord and Tenant, Debt Collection and Probate matters
• Have solid experience handling litigated claims
• Possess good negotiation skills
• You will have the ability to monitor, manage, control and implement a case load
