The Role

The company is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their team in the South East. (Commutable from London, Hertfordshire, Berkshire, Essex, Buckinghamshire, Kent and other areas alike).

The successful candidate will handle all of the companies legal transactions and projects. You will be ensuring all transactions comply with legal requirements and regulatory standards, avoiding risk for the company.

The work will involve Commercial matters including: Commercial Contracts, Regulatory, Data Protection, GDPR, Litigation, and you will also be consulting on all corporate matters such as M&A, Compliance, Transnational work, partnerships and any lawsuits.
