Our client, a leading regional L500 firm in Hertfordshire, seeks to appoint a capable fee earning Paralegal to their highly regarded Residential Property Team.

The firm is seeking an ambitious and competent Residential Property Paralegal with at least 2 years' experience in a fee earning capacity. You will take on a caseload of high quality work spanning the full spectrum of residential property transactions to include the handling of SDLT and post completion matters.

The firm provide a friendly and professional atmosphere to work and the successful candidate will enjoy a long term opportunity for growth and development.

In order to be considered for this position you must have previous experience providing fee earning support in a busy conveyancing department. The salary on offer will be competitive and is expected to be in the region of £25,000 to £30,000.
