The role
This top-ranking and award-winning firm are seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their Bristol office.
The Property Litigation department deals with a very high quality of work. It feeds off of the highly successful Real Estate department that is ranked highly in the legal 500 and other directories.
You will deal with a mixture of residential and commercial properties, but much more heavily weighted towards commercial. They service a broad client base ranging from SME, OMB and some national companies. You will find that the work spans a wide range of industry sectors.
Work will include, but not be limited to, Breach of lease, possession claims and evictions, breach of covenant claims, dilapidation, forfeiture, break notices, service charge disputes, boundary disputes and right of way disputes.

Requirements

• You will be a Property Litigation Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• You will be meticulous when it comes to detail
• You should have first-class communication skills
• The ability to build credible client relationships is essential
