Commercial Property Solicitor | Mid Level Role

The Firm

Our client is well know for its commercial property work across South Wales and enjoys excellent rankings in the national legal league tables, over several practice areas.

Due to recent and ongoing success, they are now looking to recruit a mid-level Commercial Property solicitor to be based in Swansea.

The Candidate

The firms ideal candidate will have around 4-6 years PQE in Commercial Property Law from a reputable firm.

You will possess excellent technical knowledge on all aspects of the area, with specific experience of general Commercial Property transactions including commercial leases (landlord and tenant), development agreements, overages, freehold purchase and sales. Ideally, and due to the nature of this practice, you will be familiar with rural land and small business sales.

A client-following or existing network of clients and contacts will naturally be desirable, but not essential.

You will be a natural relationship builder and be able to talk in realistic terms to the firm’s clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for their next step within a growing department, with the full backing and support of the firm’s partners.
