This niche Legal 500 commercial practice is keen to recruit a Plot Sales Paralegal or Fee Earner to join its Property Team in the heart of Manchester. The practice is considered a specialist across a broad range of sectors such as real estate, banking, employment and commercial work.

Due to the pandemic this practice has put remote working in place and this will continue to be offered once normality has resumed, so you will have the opportunity to split your time between the Manchester office and home on a regular basis.

You will be working closely with a senior fee earner and a partner of the firm, you will have experience of dealing with plot sales and part exchanges on behalf of registered housing associations and residential developers.

It is essential that you have conveyancing and plot sales experience experience within the residential and building sector.  You will have excellent communication and client management skills, be able to cope with a demanding workload and be able to manage ever evolving priorities as a consequence of clients' busy trading periods.  

Salary will range up to £30,000 with a great benefits system in place, as well as having the opportunity to work in a friendly environment where you will have deal with good quality matters working alongside experienced professionals.
