The role
This top-ranking and award-winning firm are seeking a Construction Lawyer to join their Bath office.
The construction department deals with a very high quality of work. It feeds off of the highly successful Real Estate department that is ranked highly in the legal 500 and other directories.

They provide a legal and industry support service from inception to completion of construction projects with specialist ability to advise clients during life of contract/project to avoid disputes or lessen impact on progress of project/costs.

They carry out all standard non-contentious and contentious work as well as specialising in managing risk in bespoke procurement.

They also have significant experience in adjudication both as tribunal and representing parties. Their construction expertise spans across a range of sectors including commercial, industrial, healthcare, residential, retail and education.

Requirements

• You will be a Construction Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• You will be meticulous when it comes to detail
• You should have first-class communication skills
• The ability to build credible client relationships is essential
