The Role

The firm is looking for an Insolvency Senior Associate to join their flourishing office in Manchester.

The firm have a small specialist Restructuring / Insolvency team which sits under the litigation arm of the practice. The Litigation team are ranked highly in the Legal 500. The team are dynamic and punch above their weight often acting on the other side of large settlements

You will find that the work is broad, this variedness will make for an interesting caseload. You will work across a wide range of industry sectors.

The caseload will include but not be limited to; Insolvencies, administrations, receiverships, bankruptcies, restructurings, and liquidations.

This opportunity comes with excellent prospects for progression as it is an emergent role to support the firm's growing Insolvency caseload; senior positions at the firm are well within reach for the right candidate.

Requirements

• You will be a Restructuring / Insolvency Lawyer with at least 6 years PQE
• You will have a strong technical knowledge and first-class communication skills
• You will have good experience of dealing with large settlements
• You should have a strong background in this area of law
• A meticulous eye for detail
• You will be commercially minded and enjoy business development and marketing
