The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Litigation Solicitor (Associate) to join this Legal 500 ranked national law firm's team in Exeter, Devon.

The firm has one of the best healthcare and inquests teams nationally.

In this role you will manage a caseload of varied matters. You will give advice and provide representation on health & social care advisory issues.

- The successful applicant MUST have had experience in Inquests as there is a particular focus on inquests in this role.

The team (and therefore, other matters you will be involved in) also work on matters including: mental health, court of protection, mental capacity, medical treatment and welfare planning disputes, safeguarding, access and funding disputes, etc.

You will have your own caseload, as well as supporting the senior team on some very high profile cases.

Requirements

• You will be a Litigation Solicitor at Associate level
• Inquests experience - this is a 'must have' requirement.
