JOB TITLE: Corporate Partner

SALARY: £100,000 plus excellent benefits

THE ROLE:
Our client is rapidly becoming a leading, national law firm who consistently rival the city firms in the expertise they offer. The corporate team are busier than ever and are looking to seize on this flurry of new instructions, by appointing an additional Corporate Partner to add to the offerings and expertise of the team. The appointed Corporate Partner will handle their own caseload of corporate matters and in addition, will be expected to support and mentor more junior members of the team. The caseload will be busy and varied and will include advising on a full spectrum of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate finance.

THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal Corporate Partner will have excelled academically, and will have at least ten years of experience working within another leading corporate department. The successful candidate is likely to already be a Corporate Partner or to be an experienced and ambitious Corporate Associate. During their career so far, the Partner will have built up a solid bank of contacts who are highly likely to instruct them on future matters. Our client is seeking a well know name within the corporate market, and a Corporate Partner who excels when it comes to commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
