Senior Employment Lawyer - Head of Department

If you share our commitment and values, we would very much like to hear from you. We are recruiting a senior, experienced employment specialist to develop and lead our Employment Team. The ideal applicant will have a mixed claimant and respondent practice which will complement those of existing team members.
You should be able to demonstrate:
- experience of advising and representing individuals in a variety of employment situations including dismissals, whistleblowing, discrimination and other unfair treatment;
- experience of working with a range of different clients and on cases with different forms of funding; the ability to conceive, develop and deliver on a plan for maintaining and developing your own practice; and
- leadership of a high performing team.
Experience of representing individuals in regulatory proceedings is an advantage.
