We have a brand new opportunity for a Company Commercial Solicitor to join this well respected commercial South West law firm based in Bristol with home and remote working options available.

The firm is seeking a passionate individual who is organised, self-motivated and wants to prove their ability in a challenging and rewarding environment.

The position of Company Commercial Solicitor requires an individual with a thorough technical grounding in a good range of Company Commercial law issues ranging from a variety of transactional and general commercial matters including mergers and acquisition, company restructuring and reorganisation, project support and private equity. Additionally you will we be drafting, reviewing and negotiating a varied range of agreements including NDA's, supplier agreements, T&C's and distribution agreements.

The ideal candidate for this position will have 4 years + PQE and will be able to demonstrate strong business development skills.
