Employment Solicitor 2-5 PQE - Caerphilly

This is an opportunity for an ambitious Employment Solicitor to join a regional law firm at their offices on the outskirts of Cardiff.

The salary and benefits package on offer is competitive and negotiable dependent on experience.

You will work closely with other teams within the firm delivering complete and comprehensive advice to clients. The department is strong and is led by experienced Partners.

They are keen to hear from outstanding lawyers and managers who is responsible for all aspects of team or departmental performance including revenue targets, growth and all aspects of people management and departmental development and/or leads a specialist/complex/high value fee earning unit with the highest levels of technical expertise.

Applications are invited from ambitious Employment Solicitors at all levels who have strong Respondent experience dealing with contentious and non-contentious matters to include corporate support, TUPE, restrictive covenants, cross-border matters, advisory work, high-court injunctions, drafting of employment contracts and other related documents.

• The candidate will need to adhere to the SRA Handbook
• The candidate must have excellent client care skills
• You should be working as an Employment Solicitor within a leading firm or perhaps be looking to make the move from In-house to Private Practice.
• City relocators are extremely welcomed
