Job Details

We are now recruiting for a senior employment solicitor to bolster the team of this well known Top 200 law firm based in North Yorkshire.  This role is open to Solicitors from 4 years PQE and above looking to make the next step in their career.

The team is both nationally and regionally renowned for the quality of the work they undertake and are regularly instructed by many household UK brands as well as a mix of SME and OMBs, 

Within this role you will be advising on the full remit of employment law including non-contentious and advisory work such as TUPE, Redundancy and Restructuring, Contracts and Policies, Business Immigration and contentious Employment Tribunal cases.

The ideal candidate will be a minimum of 4 years PQE.  Ideally you will currently be working for another regional player, however, the firm do welcome applications from those coming from local and high street firms too.  Previous business development experience would prove beneficial however this is not a pre-requisite for the role.
