Job Details
A London practice requires a 2 year + PQE corporate associate with capital market experience. The right candidate will be experienced and have the drive and energy to progress their career,
The role will involve advising companies and financial institutions on corporate finance transactions, including private and pre-IPO placements, IPOs (Official List as well as AIM). On other issues such as debt and equity, also takeovers and related matters (such as reductions of capital, de-mergers and acquisitions/disposals by quoted companies). There is also the opportunity to advise on compliance with on-going legal and regulatory obligations and corporate governance guidelines.
