The corporate and commercial department at this firm deals with an excellent and broad range of quality corporate & Commercial work across a wide range of sectors. You can expect a broad, varied and interesting role working on matters such as mergers and acquisitions, company structuring and restructuring and commercial contract matters.
As well as the fee earning side of things you will have the opportunity to network and business develop with the firms existing or potential clients in order to promote the services of the firm and department and build strong business links and really make a name for yourself as a leading corporate lawyer
