Your new role
A mid-level commercial property / real estate lawyer position within an innovative and client-focused team culture, within a business that is redefining client advisory work. You will lead on multiple commercial property deals, advising growing businesses across a broad range of business sectors and a wide range of sizes transaction values. Technical work will include dealing with leases, licences and real estate advisory work, while supporting the corporate teams with regards to their caseload of corporate transactions from a real estate standpoint. In a client-facing role, you will manage clients' expectations in a responsive and friendly way, adopting the business' belief in uncomplicated, commercial guidance.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a UK qualified commercial property lawyer with at least 4 PQE (as a guide only), excellent academics and proximity to Kent. You may come from a smaller regional or national firm, and you will buy into the company's progressive and client-driven ethos. You will have a proven track record of leading commercial property transactions and your friendly, efficient approach to deals with mix well with the existing team.
