The Role

The firm is seeking a Contentious Probate Solicitor to join their modern, and growing Leeds office.

The firm has a highly regarded department, who have won a number of awards. They deal often deal with HNW individuals who have international assets and interests.

You will sit as part of the litigation team dealing solely with a contentious probate caseload.

You will take on a diverse caseload of Contentious Probate and Trusts matters to include; Contesting the Validity of Wills, Inheritance Act Disputes, Trustee Disputes and Estate Disputes.

Due to the expansion of the team and increased workloads, the role comes with prospects for career progression and development.

Requirements

• You will be a Contentious Probate Solicitor with 4 years + PQE
• If you are from a more general litigation background, you will have a caseload that is at least 50% contentious probate
• The ability to confidentially manage your own caseload of high calibre work and clients
• Excellent communication skills
• You will be a team player with excellent attention to detail
• ACTAPS qualified or working towards would be an advantage

• Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package and a lucrative bonus structure
