My client is a leading and trusted legal500 full service firm with offices in the West Midlands. They are now looking to recruit an additional corporate commercial solicitor to join their already successful team.

The role will involve working on a variety of corporate commercial work including M&A transactions, reorganisations, joint ventures, shareholder agreements etc. for a variety of clients. The work is wide ranging and very interesting. The team are passionate and client centric and are very proud of the service they offer. They are looking for an additional solicitor who shares their values, is motivated, and technically excellent.
