You will be handling a caseload Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, Lease extensions, Re-mortgages and transfer of equity, the caseload will also from time to time have some new builds.

The firm has an exciting new vacancy for a Residential Property Solicitor 1+ PQE to join their thriving South London office.

Property is one of the largest departments firm-wide, they have an outstanding reputation among clients and agents for delivering a great service and adding real value to client's transactions. They have seen a real increase in the number of quality referrals; you will join a friendly and supportive team.

They have good support for fee earners with a solid workforce. You will take a more senior role, while dealing with a good quality caseload consisting of; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, Lease extensions, Re-mortgages and transfer of equity, the caseload will also from time to time have some new builds.

The Requirements

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor / ILEX / Licensed Conveyancer with at least 1+ years PQE
  * You should have a passion for property work
  * You should have good interpersonal skills
  * You should have a good eye for detail and be organised
