The Role

The firm is looking to hire a Residential Property Solicitor 4 years+ PQE to join their expanding team, based in North West London.

You will work as part of an award-winning team. The team is entrepreneurial, dynamic and forward-thinking.

They have good support for fee earners with a solid workforce. You will take a more senior role, while dealing with a good quality caseload consisting the full conveyancing cycle including - Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, Lease extensions, Re-mortgages and transfer of equity. The caseload will also from time to time have some new builds.

This will be a very hands-on role where you will work alongside some of the best legal talent in the market and deal with a diverse and interesting caseload from day one.

Requirements

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor 4 years+ PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
• You will be technically strong and have a meticulous eye for detail
• Strong communication skills are essential
• Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, plus a good benefits package
