An exciting opportunity at a forward-thinking, Top 100 firm with exciting expansion plans has arisen for an ambitious Real Estate Associate to join this highly regarded team, with the opportunity to gain exposure to interesting, high value work on behalf of diverse client base of HNW individuals, developers, international investors, and multi-national companies that are often household names.
The firm boast a number of renowned Partners and Associates, and have established themselves as market leaders across several specialisms, including Real Estate. The Partner that you will be working alongside has a particularly revered reputation and is recognised by the Legal 500. You will work closely with this Partner, assisting on multi-million pound transactions whilst you build your technical ability and commerciality. You will be given a high level of responsibility and will have a degree of autonomy in which to build your own practice and reputation. From day one, you will be guided and groomed to become one of the future leaders of the firm and this therefore presents an excellent opportunity to progress.
The ideal candidate for this position will be a Real Estate Associate coming from a top City, or Regional firm, with around 1-3 years PQE and experience within acquisitions and disposals; the acquisition of sites; the grant, renewal and termination of leases; joint venture agreements and conditional sale and purchase contracts. You will already have a strong commercial awareness, with the ability to build strong client relationships and identify new opportunities to develop and grow a client base. You should also have a strong academic background (ideally 2:1 or above).
