Strong mid-tier, Yorkshire firm are looking for a senior corporate lawyer to join their team in Leeds.
The firm possess a top tier corporate team and due to client demand are keen to recruit another experienced corporate lawyer or partner to service their busy caseload. They advise individuals and companies on merges, acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures and also some equity and debt financing.
Candidates will not need a following but should be ambitious lawyers with a presence in the local market. They must have at least 8 years'experience and be familiar wih operating towards the yop of a team.
This firm has attracted a number of lawyers from the top international firms in Leeds who grew tired of the grind of the top 20 practices. They offer a better work/life balance, a more relaxed and collegiate culture and employees genuinely feel respected and valued.
