My client is a local independent law firm looking to hire an experienced commercial property specialist, who is able to handle a large caseload of files of mixed commercial property work.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial property specialist at 3+ years PQE looking for their next step up the career ladder with future opportunities available within the medium and long term.
You will have knowledge and experience of business tenancies, landlord and tenant agreements, acquisitions and disposals and general commercial property work.
An ideal candidate will also have relationships and networks in the local area.
