You'll be joining a friendly and organised team in Portsmouth.

The firm are part of the Law Society's Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) and you'll be joining a team that provides a dedicated service to their clients.

Ideally you'll have upwards of 3 years PQE with experience gained as a residential property solicitor, licensed conveyancer or legal executive.

You should be able to undertake a caseload including sales and purchases across freehold/ leasehold. Preferred candidates will also be competent in working on a range of new build, help to buy, right to buy, shared ownership, staircasing and equity files. The departmrent also acts on behalf of clients in respect of re-mortgaging their property, transfers of equity, lease extensions, the drafting of declarations of trusts, joint ownership advice and more complex property arrangements

Salary is negotiable depending on experience, with an excellent benefits package on offer.
