An opportunity has come up within the residential property team at a long established and well respected Solicitors practice in Ipswich who are looking to recruit a Residential conveyancer to the team.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of dealing with their own caseload of matters from start to finish. The team deals with the broad range of matters including sales, purchases, transfers of equity and remortgage matters and has a superb reputation for property work in the area.
The firm takes pride in their approach in providing their clients with an individual client service and as a result of which a lot of their work comes from repeat business, recommendations and their reputation within the local community.
This role may be of particular interest to someone who wants to be part of a smaller and well respected team with an emphasis on individual client care rather than a high volume type of setting.
